Community Living Supports

Community Living Supports are residential supports provided in a variety of different ways so individuals are “able” to live as independently as possible.
Supports range from a few hours a week to 24 hours a day. We provide supports in a group living arrangement or individually. We work directly in the person’s home and in the community. Our focus is to strengthen daily living skills, independence, and community relationships.
Employment
Supports

The Employment Supports Program connects adults with developmental disabilities to the competitive labor market.
We discover the individual’s abilities, interests, and strengths and promote the best employment options with local employers. We provide on-site job coach and on-going support to promote their success in their chosen meaningful career.
We strive to empower people with developmental disabilities to overcome employment barriers, increase their financial position, and independence to live a good life in our community.
Community
Access

Services provide individuals opportunities to connect within their community in a meaningful way.
Community Access promotes the inclusion of individual into community activities and personal development through activities such as arts, education, recreation, community association programs and participation in the volunteer sector.
These supports are separate and distinct from Residential supports and typically are provided during the day.
All services are funded through Disability Services – PDD (Persons with Developmental Disabilities) and are available to individuals 18 years of age or older.
